First-to-market, the customizable HS-18 RAHD, with an innovative and proprietary Opti-Port center equipment bay, is the latest product from the Ultra Electronics USSI and Moog Inc. partnership. Combining Ultra's HyperSpike technology with Moog's pan & tilt positioning device, the HS-18 RAHD remotely broadcasts 156 dB of penetrating acoustics, exceeding 2000 meters and through high background noise environments.

Operated remotely across an IP network, the HS-18 RAHD enables operators to repond to potential threats from a safe environment. Easily configured with an optional IP-enabled video camera, search light or laser/dazzler, mission-critical sensors give security personnel additional time and valuable information to evaluate the potential threat.
The Opti-Port equipment bay, located in the core of the HS-18 RAHD, inherently centers the optional equipment in the middle of the acoustic wave, minimizing calibration and maintenance time.
