Nellis Air Force Base, NV - On Wednesday, October 21st, Ultra Electronics, along with many other vendors, had the opportunity to demonstrate equipment for the Joint Non- Lethal Weapons Directorate at Nellis Air Force Base just outside of Las Vegas Nevada.  Ultra took advantage of this opportunity and successfully demonstrated the HS-Micro, the HS-16, the HS-24, the HS-40, and the MA-1 Mass Notification System.  The event was a huge success for Ultra as they were able to demonstrate the loudest production Acoustic Hailing Device in the world, the HS-40, which is capable of over 160dB / re 20uP at 1 meter.

In addition, Ultra provided the entire venue with a crystal clear Public Address system by allowing participants to use the MA-1.  The MA-1 provides very robust audio across the human voice frequency range.  The hosting Directorate was very grateful for the use of the system, as many other activities were going on nearby that raised the background noise in the area of the demonstrations.
